1. Payment options
1.1. For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description in the offer:
- advance payment by bank transfer

In cooperation with Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you purchase on account and installment purchase as payment options. Please note that Klarna invoice and Klarna installment purchase are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case.

2nd delivery
2.1. Your order will be shipped via Deutsche Post, DHL
2.2. We ship to the following countries: Germany, European Union, Norway.
All goods that are not hazardous goods (e.g. all effect pigments, T-shirts, stickers) are shipped worldwide (except for the exceptional locations shown in the shipping table, e.g. German islands). The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found under points 3.1 and 3.2.
3. Shipping costs
3.1. For shipping within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 5.90 per order.
For orders with a gross value of 50 EUR or more, we ship freight-free within Germany.
